Yes, but if i’m not there there will be plenty of others at the space helping with the move.
The plan is to add the conduit and plugs for both 110 and 220 this coming
weekend. The labour (by a qualified licensed electrician) is gratis. Our
cost will be for materials at a contractors wholesale rate.

Awesome sauce! Do the electrician mention if permits were required for this? I can take the bullet for it and stand in line at the CoV again if needed.

You must have a permit to do electrical work, unless you are:
Replacing defective fuses, receptacles, switches, or bulbs with units of a similar type and rating
Plugging in household or personal electrical appliances to a standard wall or floor outlet
Making minor alterations, repairs or additions to an installation covered by an existing annual electrical permit
So, sounds like we need one. @sIGNgUY - can we make sure that no work happens until we either get the permit or clarify that we don’t need one for some reason? If anything happens in advance of a permit, we’re in bad shape on both the lease and COV.

Update on Electrical and important request!
Request first. I need someone at the hackspace to immediately send me info
on the 2 electrical panels. One is in the hallway and the other is in the
room next door. I need the make of the panel, model number and preferably a
photo. The info can be sent to my cell phone 604.250.0060
The electrical work will be done on Sunday. Can someone send me the door
code to get in? Di I need a key or is it keyless entry? There is not enough
work for a lot of people but if you want to see what is happening or really
have the urge to help in any way you are welcome to come down to the new
space on sunday time TBD.

I’ve gotten in touch with Paul directly and sent him the photos! It’s all sorted, electrician will be here Sunday. He’s a licensed electrician and is also handling the permit process for us, we’ll know the details when we see him on Sunday

So I just read the lease again, and we need to submit the electrical plan to the landlord prior to Sunday so that he can give us written permission.

Nope.
That might not be enough notice if you need access to the panel in 105. Access is locked and unless the property manager is available tomorrow it will be locked on Sunday as well.
Yesterday the doors across to 105 were actually not locked!!
105 is still unlocked from the hall as of noon Saturday.
