Hiring someone with 3D Printer knowledge to troubleshoot

I have an Ender 3 V2. I’ve assembled it and had many successful prints. It has broken before and I’ve fixed it. This time, however, I can’t seem to figure it out.

I don’t want to do anymore troubleshooting via the internet or watch another video–I’ve been at that for a week through various online forums and if one more video is sent my way I may scream and never stop… I want to hire someone–yes with money, beer, weed, whatever you want as fair compensation–to get it printing well again and teach me what I’m missing. I live in Fairview, by VGH.

The issue is under-extrusion, a common issue with this printer.
