Eprom Burning in Vancouver

Hi All,
Was wondering if anyone in town is able to burn 3 eprom chips for me from supplied rom files?
I ordered some for a synthesizer upgrade but my tech says they are corrupted.
I gather they can be erased and reprogrammed.

The type of chip used is a 2716.
Willing to pay whatever the going rate would be.
