Hi! Can anyone please help me read the firmware on this AMD 27512 EPROM from my dad’s survey equipment? Does anyone have an EPROM programmer I could use? @SDY? @DJMIPS?
I’m aware I could build a programmer but this is just a one-off … I’m hoping someone already has one?
Is it possible you’ve already degraded the contents by uncovering the window and exposing it to some amount of ambient UV? 
Yeah it’s possible the contents are degraded, either by uncovering or age. My understanding is it takes days in direct sunlight to erase these? The tape was off for a couple of minutes, indoors.
