Zephyr have migrated from gerrit to github

Unfortunately as a result of this change, it necessary to do a fresh clone
a git pull will result in lots of nasty merge issues.

git clone GitHub - zephyrproject-rtos/zephyr: Primary Git Repository for the Zephyr Project. Zephyr is a new generation, scalable, optimized, secure RTOS for multiple hardware architectures.

I have updated the zephyr wiki page.

Do you know a source where this migration from gerrit to github is documented. Or some design doc, if there was one.
