Hi! I am new here and looking to start on woodworking projects at the shop. I don’t have a vehicle so it is difficult for me to acquire wood supplies. Does the shop have wood inventory/stock that I can buy or members that buy every so often and I could piggy back?
There is quite a lot of information on the website and I couldn’t find any info related to this. Any answers are appreciated!
There is a scrap bin (next to the big floor standing drill press) that is a free for all and often has some nice pieces. Take anything you want from there.
If you are looking for something specific, feel free to ask in #woodworking on Slack. Someone might have what you want or be planning a lumber trip that you could piggyback on.
