Who has the VECTOR Radio Course Manual?

I loaned out a VECTOR Radio Course manual to help folks study.

I see it’s not in the VHS-ARC locker. Does anyone know who has it or where it might be?

Last I saw it was in the small plywood bookshelf by the VHS-ARC station bench.
