What should VHS do with these solar panels?

These solar panels were donated to VHS this summer. What should we do with them? Any ideas?

I would like to see these raffled to someone who can utilize them well (one of the many van builds perhaps)?

I like the raffle idea! There are some solar charge controllers (compatibility+condition unverified) in a bin that could be used along with these.
