Wayback Machine/Internet Archive moving to Canada

This just in:

The internet archive site The Wayback Machine has also announced it’s moving its operations to Canada in the wake of Trump’s election.

Also: On Saturday, dozens of people gathered at the University of Toronto for a “guerrilla archiving event” aimed at copying and storing the climate data outside the United States.

Im thinking of volunteering my time to help the IA copy/move the archive, at a minimum donate some cash, b/c Ive found it useful as well.

Yeah I heard a lot of groups are moving there archives out of the US. Good idea even without Trump. That stuff needs to kept out of US control.
I’m not sure what I can do to help besides money. I know my web host files are stored in Toronto and I know a guy is a network admin at a hosting site in Iceland. Probably now a few others now that I think about it. Good old EVE. But unless anyone here has some direct connections to people who still need help
