VHS Equipment Review - Ando AQ1135E Optical Power Meter - Testing Fibre Optics - Claimed and Gone

Ando AQ1135E Optica lPower Meter. Appears to be for testing fibre optics:

$74 ebay listing

Keep it , bin it, sell on eBay , claim it?

If unclaimed I also think it should go to the hackery.

I dabble in optical stuff, so would love to have it!

LOL! I think you dabble in everything! How many projects on your list? (mine has 74…)

My list is too long to track
Some of them are getting built over a couple of years!

I hear you, bro’!

I was going to disagree, but then there’s no way to even test it…that I know of. So can’t honestly list it on eBay as being in working condition. So I’d have to agree. BUT if the new place is more spacious then why not keep it just for the fun of taking it apart if nothing else. Can you ever have too much junk space permitting? Never.

Yes. Yes, you can definitely have too much junk.

But junk is like entropy…never destroyed.

Never mind entropy, worry about the floor maximum load bearing… I know I do. 8P

I think Edison meant the perspiring was to be happening during the money-raising meetings. He had other people do the work for him. Ask Mr. Westinghouse. or his X-ray experiment technician, whose name I forgot, sorry.

I don’t see any votes to keep. @Rebel_without_Clause, would you like to pick it up sometime before July 21st?

Sure, will pick up same time as the Function Generator!
