Hello VHS members and friends of VHS! It’s been over year since our last SHHH and we are long overdue. Surely we have good reasons - we’ve been pouring all of our energy into preparing for and implementing VHS’s biggest move to date. Now the tools are all plugged in and running, the blown fuses have been replaced, and those replacement fuses have probably been replaced too. The chaos of moving has finally calmed, and now it’s time to put our energy back where it belongs - into hacking and partying!

- Open House (Until 5:00pm)
VHS is open to members of the general community. This is like a Tuesday night but on a Saturday afternoon. VHS members will be available to give tours of the space and perform equipment demonstrations.
Many of our members share an interest in 3D printers, laser cutting, machining, crafting, electronics, robotics, programming, electronic music, and art. We welcome enthusiastic amateurs, or anyone with something interesting to share!

~ Super Happy Hacker House (7:30pm – Late) ~
Super Happy Hacker House (SHHH) is a social night where members, friends and guests gather for a social night of conversation, adult beverages, lightning talks, and super happy hacker games. Due to liquor licensing laws, this is a private, invite-only event for VHS members and their guests. However this also means you are welcome to BYOB and consume it however you please.
Lightning talks – (11PM)
A lightning talk is a ninety second presentation on a themed subject. The secret theme is revealed shortly before lightning talks, after everyone has already signed up, because that is when we choose it. Friendly heckling is encouraged!
