What other ideas can we come up with?

  • Entry donations?
  • Garage sale?
  • Fundraiser BBQ
  • Pekoras?
  • Actively encourage donations for beverages
  • Assisted making (get your designs 3D printed by VHS)
  • Selling Schwag (branded items)
  • Selling home-made goods (cookies? cupcakes? brownies?)
  • Soldering workshops

I think with the limited amount of shirts that we have, we have a very small margin as-is. On the other hand… We can probably sell a few with at least a bit of mark-up? @iMakeRobots?

The margins on shirts aren’t great. Also I’m stuck with a ton of medium shirts nobody wants.

I like the idea of swag. I’m looking into some cheap swag items that can be laser engraved and resold at a profit. I know the VHS laser is down indefinitely however there are probably at least a couple of VHS members (including myself) with access to laser engravers.
