Retevis RT6 water resistant Ham radio - how does it compare to the Baofeng UV-82

Was thinking of picking up one of these

Retevis RT6 IP67 Waterproof Anti-dust Two Way Radio Dual Band 5/3/1W VHF/UHF
136-174Mhz /400-520Mhz with Waterproof Earpiece (1 Pack) and Programming
Cable

https://www.amazon.ca/Retevis-RT6-Waterproof-136-174Mhz-Programming/dp/B01EHRNFK8/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1492363741&sr=8-1-fkmr0&keywords=ip67+ham+radio

as a cheap weather resistant radio. Anyone have one, what’s your experience
with it, better, worse, the same as the UV-82?

I had orriginally planned to get a second UV-82 but they seem to be in short
supply on Amazon.ca. I assume because the Baofeng site shows that the 2nd
Generation of the UV-82 has been released and the first-gen units are
deprecated.
