Request Torque Wrench: Range 2-2.5 N-m & Loctite Threadlocker RED 271?

Hello,

Can someone lend me a Torque Wrench in the range 2-2.5 N-m (or any range that covers the desired range)?
And Loctite Threadlocker RED 271?

We might have some red loctite in the chem locker if you haven’t already looked there. Needs to remain at the space tho.
