Request for a mentor metal especially with regard to metal work. Labour of love for game originally owned by father circa 1930’s., This game which is played with a marble is a predecessor to metal slot games developed in the 1960’s.
Thing to be done
-
Playing surface view. a) Shape and paint 9 new wooden dowel ‘players’ b) create new trigger marble launcher for red end similar to what exists in green end (see photo). General paint and stain
-
2)Bottom view. a) Straighten metal control rods and replace springs where appropriate.. Manufacture one new goal return container similar to what is in top part of photo. Looks to be a piece of sheet metal 3” by 5” with a depth of 2 inches. This is where I especially need guidance. Any help much appreciated Regards Mike G
