So my Tier 2 model was definitely biting off more than we could chew. Apologies to @Majicj and @RandyNW. … As it was printed it was just insanely too small to work with.
[/quote]No problem, I like a challenge. Hopefully I can finish it and bring it in as a model for the big guy. I enjoyed my introduction to the PaperCrafting world, I’ll be looking for more projects in future.

Keep us posted on a build night for a larger version, I’d love to help.

Oh, PS, do you have a source/URL for the Lego Astronaut? I definitely need a guide to finish the rest of it.

Sorry, yesterday was very busy and I forgot to update you folks as I had promised.

The model viewer you were using is here for free download or the designer which allows you to convert a 3d model into something you can print is here for $38. Both are windows-only, unfortunately, but run great even on XP.

Anyone who was too chicken to come out and wants to try a Level 0 model, there are some test models for free here for building basic geometric shapes.

If anyone has a Cameo or CraftROBO die cutter, I’d be very very curious to see the output of their “new” version which is designed to work with them.

If you’re curious about papercraft, Canon would like you to buy* more paper and ink – there are some fantastic models on there. I’ve built a few Whitewings gliders, and this chicken-and-egg contraption.

* obviously these templates can be printed out on any printer, not just Canon’s.
