I’m in to building community around my projects and I thought this was insightful. Perhaps Vhs can apply some of these ideas. If you have tips on building community, please share.

Communities are successful through mutual sharing resulting in the sum being greater than the parts.
I treat communities the same way I treat my marriage. I speak up when things matter and to avoid problems in the future. Otherwise, when things don’t matter I let things slide.
Each project has its own sub-community. VHS has many sub-communities within it. And people often form sub-communities purely out of shared interest with no specific goals in mind.
