Not sure why, I stopped doing anything the moment I heard the click of the pla breaking off but very glad all is in working order.

Yes that will print with PLA but youā€™ll have the same problems everyone else has connecting them together. No you canā€™t try other materials in the Ditto Pro. If I get my hands on some 1.75 Nylon or semiflex. I may see how it goes.

Also I left a comment on Thingiverse on ways to try to soften the PLA.

Thanks for replying! Iā€™ll try a different design. Is there a good day to come by to use the 3D printer? I took the training but donā€™t remember every step.

You can come by Tuesday nights. Most likely night someone will be around to give you a refresher. As for printing, if its going to be longer then an hour I would suggest another night when thereā€™s less possibility for a queue forming to use it.
