Picture just for reference, but I have a condenser mic that is in need of repairs. It uses phantom power but you can’t really hear your voice on it anymore. My other mics all work still so I ruled out my interface being bad, although it could have affected the mic at some point.
Basically though most repair shops would have a minimum of 200$ to repair instruments, and the average value of this old obsolete mic (replaced with the 435B) would be 60$ used at best, anymore wouldn’t be worth it.
So I’m willing to donate it or drop it off to someone who wants to try and repair it, I wouldn’t know if it needs parts. It would be neat to keep but as mentioned I have a few other mics so I can part with it, plus I don’t know how to fix it anyways.
