Is anyone planning a lathe workshop any time soon?
I have a small project that involves using the lathe. I am hoping to cut internal threads on a couple of poles that I’ll use to extend my shelves vertically and hopefully organize my mess.
I took a 4 weeks workshop a couple of years ago when I was aspiring to work as a machinist. That didn’t happen, but using the lathe is not something new to me. However, I understand the rule is to receive training before using the machines in the metal shop, and I could use a refresher.
