MAME cabinet

What’s the status of the MAME cabinet?
It was working at Cook St but it looks like a revamp has been started and stalled?

I think John C. was working away on it. He’s on holiday right now.

Don’t know how I missed this post!

Yeah, the project has been sitting on my backburner for a while now. Here’s the progress I’ve made so far

The button cabinet top is made of 1" thick clear acrylic; I’m pretty proud of how it turned out. The wooden cabinet I built for it is 3/4" baltic birch with clear gloss polyurethane coating. The front piece folds down to access a keyboard tray (work in progress). I haven’t yet attached the acrylic top to the wooden cabinet, but I was thinking of using more cabinet door hinges for that. The whole thing is intended to attach to the existing MAME cabinet. I have wired up about half of it at this point, but I’m definitely eager for help once this pandemic is over!
