Got a laptop months ago and unfortunately the OEM routed an untested BIOS update through Windows and victimized my kid who is now without.
It’s under warranty, but why spend $60 for shipping when it can be done in a jiffy. Looks easy enough on youtube.
If I get no offers, I’ll be ordering the set from China in case anybody’s reading in the future and needs a BIOS fix.
STRETCH GOAL Anybody have experience with coreboot or flash it on anything but a thinkpad?
