Hi everyone,
As some of you now October is Latinamerican heritage month and the Vancouver Latin American Cultural Centre (VLACC) is partnering with Eastside Culture Crawl to a Studio Hop a Reception with latin artists. I’ve been invited to participate and they’ve included VHS as the studio space.

They have the VHS address wrong and I will let them know about it.
Date: Saturday, October 25, 2025
Time: 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm
They hope to have 15-25 people attending and I believe there will be one speaker guiding the group, the first stop is VHS at 2:45.
Could I use the craft table to put my stuff? Also, what type of support you think I need to manage the people? My first time doing this so not sure what to watch out for. I was thinking of clearing out the area a bit so there no obstacles and setting up in the craft table, but not sure if I am missing something.
