I’m making myself a dye and stain chart out of maple. Using 7/16" maple. The new 4" lense cut like butter.
For those curious, 9.75 speed, 90 power, air assist cranked (~50psi). Ended up with clean, (nearly) square edges… minimal charring (=minimal sanding and cleanup).
