In our bathroom showers the tiles are not flat, more kinda wavy so can’t use suction cups to hold up anything reliably, occaissionaly depending on the weight of the items, a suction cup may stay up for a day or 2 or at most a few days before falling off.
Short of retiling, any suggestions on a method to help the suction cups stick and stay? Current item is a waterproof BT speaker
Could you seal it down with silicone? The alternative might be checking out 3M command hook products. They have a waterproof line and they use removeable adhesive.
If silicone is reasonably easy to remove, that could work. I guess the other
option is to make a flat patch on the wall using silicone and attach the
suction cup to that, though removing the suction cup might pull the silicon
off…
Another option I guess would be to use silicone or similar to attach a small
metal or glass plate to the wall and suction cup to the plate.
