Ok we made this last week.

We got a commission to make the horns and head tattoo for this character.

So we 3d modeled the horn in blender, printed it out. primed and sanded it.

We then airbrushed it. Red first and a little bit of black on top of it to get a nice gradient.

Finally we hot glued some black wire we found around the shop to get the final product.

The foam is traced from the image and cut on the laser. Cut from red foam directly to save time on painting.
Man it is amazing what you can do when you have all the tools together at one place. Hackspace is awsome.
