One of my mom’s friends who volunteers at Heritage Acres in Victoria was visiting recently and lamented that their volunteer base is aging fast. I was thinking one way they might try to reinvigorate things a little might be to set up a makerspace that caters to younger audiences, with a laser cutter, 3D printers, wood shop, etc.
Anyone here have advice or interested in helping out?
