Yesterday I tried using the laser to cut some wood. It appeared that the beam was split into 3 parts. Until the laser mirrors are realigned by members of the laser committee, the laser is closed.

Laser is back online as of now.
Maintenance done:
- Realigned the final stage cone (it was badly misaligned, possibly due to crashing the head into a work piece?)
- Cleaned the lens and mirrors
- Cleaned the exhaust grate
It is now cutting through 3mm birch with power=60 and speed=37.
