Today I re-screwed the Palm Sander drawer front – it had fallen off – and improved the Circular Saw drawer slide. It looks like the slide was repaired previously, but that repair left a sharp edge and large burr on the metal slide that has cut the nylon runner to about 1/3 of its original width. I filed the burr off and trued the runner as best I could. When I left it, the drawer was starting easily and running with some play. Hopefully it lasts a few more years!
