Fan to exhaust moisture from roof top tent

We have a wedge shaped hard-shell Roof Top Tent on the car for camping which can get on the moist side in the fall and I expect very moist on the ceiling for winter camping. Been googling but haven’t found what I need, essentially what I want is something comparable to one of those solar powered window mount fans for keeping the car cooler during the summer, or at least moving the air around.

Goal is something than can be powered by both solar or battery, can run quiet at night when sleeping and ideally only turn on as needed based on humidity sensor to keep moisture low during the night and can be run at max power when packing up the next day to “dry out” the tent as quickly as possible, if needed.

Anyone have any ideas, especially how one would mount this in a stable way.

This is what the tent looks like when deployed
