Exterior paint for graffiti coverage

Picked up this gallon of exterior paint from Dulux paints this morning, using our annual free paint voucher from the City of Vancouver. Posting it here for future reference. The colour sample is from the window trim next to the west door.

Edit: it should be noted that the can says satin, but I’m pretty sure our building uses flat/matte paint. Dulux didn’t have it in stock though apparently.
