Enclosed 3D printer problem

Hi Folks,

As I sstarted to use the enclosed 3D printer at the space today, and it was ripping up the tape. I did run bed levelling with the tape on it. However, I noticed that when the head moved either up or down during the preheating part of the print, there was a terrible grating sound from either the motor or the rails as they moved. I’m going to stop using it, but fixing this is beyond my skills. I’ve used this printer a bunch of times and it has never made that sound before today.
