Are you using a CGS endmill there? Where are you getting them?

You are right! CGS ferocious. I wouldn’t recommend them in particular unless you have a really good machine to take advantage of them. They are kind of expensive. DoAll sells them. I used to work at a shop with really fast machines that did a lot of aluminum. They are a good cutter.
