I’m looking to build or buy a hot wire cutter I can attach to my robot arm. you have experience and parts. Please share! Thank you.

There’s not much to it. You need nichrome wire and some kind of a frame to keep the wire tight. The wire will lengthen as it heats up, so the frame needs to be able to account for the extra slack.
