I was away for a while busy working but I joined this group a while back and have been using my Monoprice Select mini to make mask straps to help donate to medical places and other practices. If you’re interested in printing, delivering, or need a request of Visors and Straps, check it out here. They’re pretty organized and are an official society now. You donate your stuff and they’ll disinfect, quality control and send them out after. I’m only really helpful now that I have a 0.8mm nozzle and can crank out straps in 10 min now. It was a bit of a struggle a few months ago.
The group uses this site and chats on Slack mostly.
