I am learning to use a Raspberry Pi, and I am trying to connect it to a 4-pin Adafruit BMP180 to use as an altimeter, but I can’t seem to be doing it right?

Anyone have experience with something like this?
Where in the guide are you at? Did you get it hooked up? Were you able to get it i2cdetect to see the device?
Are you local? We have gear at VHS that can detect the signals to see what’s going on.
Have you enabled the i2c in the Raspberry Pi? Cannot remember the exact command… from the Terminal enter either sudo raspiconfig or sudo raspi-config

Yeah, the start to the tutorial sets up i2c, and I can see it on 77. So I’m confident it’s on.
I’m in New West, so I’m pretty local. Are there regular hours? I could use some help learning how to solder too!
