One of the local laser engraver distributors is looking for a part time contract tech to install and service their products. I did part time contract work for them for a few years and they are a great bunch, are quite flexible with hours and pay your invoices very quickly.
The service work is primarily mechanical and electronic board-swap and does require some expertise with Windows networking and possibly PC-based CNC controller repairs. A knowledge of laser engraving and CorelDraw is also helpful. Having a vehicle is essential.
