The Neil Squire Society is launching a new assistive technology initiative called Makers Making Change. It is a new design and distribution model working directly with people with disabilities, makers, skilled volunteers, corporations and local student groups to create access solutions. These prototypes are refined through internships and volunteers, and released open-source to be a solution that can be affordably made at the local level.
