I’ll never get around to finishing this…
So a working Piccolo board (with Arduino Mini (or Micro, can’t remember) and a power supply (those servos need lots o power) for the grand sum of whatever someone is willing to pay… No servos or other parts…
Would like to get at least a Latte out of the deal…
But also just happy to see it go out the door and hopefully get used…
I’m definitely interested in this to repair the one I have
It is yours…
For the princely sum of a Latte…
- Latte is actually optional
I still have all the parts for mine but have not gotten around to finishing it. Would like to do so sometime soon. Anyone else in the same boat?
Yep, if I can find the parts
I’ll drop by tonight and drop it off…
Not 100% sure what time…
Left it in the drop box…
Thanks mate!
Yes! In fact I have all the leftover pcb’s parts etc. I never actually managed to get past the laser cutting, long story of trivial obstacles. I think there are a few people in the same boat. If I could get someone’s assistance on the laser bit, I could make extra sets for those who need them.
So is there anyone else who would like help to get this project completed? Once you have all the pieces it shouldn’t be that hard to put together. And for anyone whose cheap Arduino isn’t working, I still have some extras from the original order …
Hey,
I think we still have a bunch of parts in the drop box! Laser cut parts,
and purchased hardware. Someone (Andrew?) bought and packaged kits and was
charging some nominal fee for them. The laser cut pieces were by donation
to VHS, I think.
I was going to do a comb-through again soon, and was considering tossing
the Piccolo parts. But now I won’t, if there’s renewed interest!
I bought the required screws and nuts, they’re in the drop box in separate
bags ($5 per portion, just leave money in the box.)
There’s also laser cut paper spacers to help ensure sufficient clearance in
the parts.
We should have a build night to get people though these stages
