box of door hardware including a new handleset which is much nicer. Unfortunately its not locked and there is no key present. @rsim any idea where that key ended up?

Got a photo of the lock? I have re-pinning supplies around for some brands, could fix that up.

Where are we at with this? What is left?

  • We got the electronics installed.
  • We got @laftho’s software stack installed and running on the raspberry pi.
  • We got it to read a card.
  • The door is now secured.

So just some final integration testing?

How do we distribute cards, and associate them with members in Nomos?

What else am I missing? Let’s roll this out!
