I was talking to the local Trotec Laser rep yesterday and she asked me if I knew anyone who would be interested in an older, used Epilog Radius 50W laser engraver with an 18x32" bed that needs a new x-axis motor. They’re looking to get $1500 for it. While I’m quite familiar with the newer Epilog lasers (Mini, Helix, Fusion, etc.) I know nothing about the Radius machines so a little research might be in order if you are interested. She mentioned that she was quoted $400 for an x-axis motor from the local Epilog dealer. I also discovered that the printer drivers (it thinks it’s a printer) only work on 32-bit Windows operating systems.
