SHHH - Challenge coins

A few years ago I started a tradition of giving away challenge coins to the people that do Lightning talks at SHHH. These coins were made to represent social capital personified. I took the idea from the geo coin and https://www.geocaching.com/ game, but it organated in the military Each SHHH a different member designs and produces 15-20 of these coins to be given away.
