I am trying to learn how to compile reference and build a simple c# language windows application in Visual Studio. The programs current coding needs to be replaced with updated codes inorder for them to work?
Anybody with experience in computer programming languages and VS?

What’s the exact error message you’re getting?
Im not really getting any error messages. I have downloaded a c# utility application that was designed to only work if you could replace the old source code(stock codes) with correct source codes (new ones) in three certain files. The dependencies need to be referenced as well. Im complete newbie and am learning on the fly to recompile reference and rebuild
