I’ve been watching his youtube videos for a while now (they are quite amusing https://www.youtube.com/user/arduinoversusevil/videos ), and I think he is a BC resident based on his comments and remarks. Anybody know him? Is it perhaps someone on here?

There’s been some musings over that in Slack, we’re pretty sure he’s in the Smithers area, or so. Definitely somewhere between PG and Prince Rupert, anyway.
He does some cool projects, which is unfortunate because I find his narration style really uncomfortable!
ElectroBOOM also lives in Vancouver, he was at Makerfaire.

I watch and enjoy AvE — his breadth of knowledge is pretty incredible. But his humour is about 66% awesome and 34% awful.
