I am going to put an order in with filaments.ca, free shipping for orders over $125, so if anyone wants in send me a message. I’m also looking at getting some MG Chemicals brand - just not sure where from yet. :smile:

Have you tried getting anything from http://seacans.com/ ?
I just found out about them recently. A local company that seems to be selling them for cheaper.
They no longer do self-pickup, but flat rate shipping is $10 for BC residents.

I think I’ll be getting my next roll from them to see what the quality is like.

@Gonazar I have a roll of 3mm black and one of white from seacans.com I can give you a few meters of it to try if you like. I was quite surprised how good it was considering the price, though I don’t think it’s as good as filaments.ca

I’ve been meaning to ask MG if they would do something similar. Could be another small source of revenue for the VHS.

There is MG Chenicals PLA for sale on Amazon. 29.95 and free shipping. Not sure if filaments is as good or better quality.

I’ve not heard good things about Seacans PLA. Not experienced with it myself.

Be aware that Black is the easier filament to make poorly. While clear, if its not pure PLA will show quite quickly.
